The Prevail Case Management System: About Practice Technology, Inc.

Practice Technology was founded in 1993 with a very simple mission: To be the best legal case management company in existence, regardless of size. Prior experience taught us that the "most popular" case management packages on the market were generally the least useful ones, so instead of trying to be all things to all people we settled very comfortably into several niche markets where we had the most knowledge: Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Medical Malpractice and Social Security Disability. With the release of version 4.0 in July 2002, Prevail is now customizable for all types of law.

We concentrated our efforts on developing the absolute best case management system available for firms in these practice areas, and succeeded beyond our wildest expectations. Our software soon developed something of a cult following, and our exponential growth to date has been powered almost entirely by happy clients raving to their friends about our system and our service.

Although our software is now run by hundreds of firms throughout the U.S., Hong Kong and Latin America, we don't measure our success in terms of gross numbers or market share. We prefer to concentrate on more meaningful numbers—like the fact that in a recent client satisfaction survey, our users rated the responsiveness and professionalism of our staff at 4.8 out of a possible 5.

After ten years of steady growth, Practice Technology enjoys the stability of being a debt-free, privately held corporation. We are headquartered in Orlando, Florida.
