The Field Code List is used when creating and merging documents. This field code list fixes
incorrect field codes for related parties. To install, simply download the file into your
Network Path in the Prevail Settings, overwriting the file that is already there.

Entire Report Vault |

The Report Vault contains every report created to date. Only download the Report Vault if you have
not created or modified your own reports, otherwise they will be overwritten. Before installing,
make sure everyone has exited Prevail. To install, run the file reportvault.exe. Change the path
to your Network Path in the Prevail Settings. Click the Unzip button to install.

Power Search |

The Power Search contains all of the search types found in Prevail's Power Search feature. If you
have added or modified your Power Search, do not download and install this file. Your custom Power
Search items will be overwritten. Before installing, make sure everyone has exited Prevail. To
install, run the file powersearch.exe. Change the path to your Network Path in the Prevail Settings.
Click the Unzip button to install.

Costs/Time Fix |

The Costs/Time Fix is a small utility that scans your cost and time entries for blank amounts.
Blank amounts in time and cost entries will cause a blue screen error. If you have encountered
a blue screen error when clicking on the Time or Costs tab in Prevail, run this utility.
