Prevail-QuickBooks Transfer Wizard

Many small-to-medium-sized law firms run Prevail for their case management and QuickBooks for their accounting. The Prevail-QuickBooks Transfer Wizard is an add-on product which allows Prevail and QuickBooks to talk to each other.

Vendor information, Client information, Check requests, time and cost information can now be passed from Prevail to QuickBooks without re-entering them. The communication goes two ways: In addition to sending information to QuickBooks, the Transfer Wizard also receives Payment information and updates back to Prevail from QuickBooks, so you can let your staff see exactly what's been paid and what hasn't without giving them any access to your accounting information.
