Solution:
FIRST, check how many users they have in ADS. If they have more Prevail users than ADS users, the extra users will get 7003 errors. If they have more Prevail users than ADS users, they need to upgrade their license. If the users are the same, then somebody probably got locked in a session and ADS didn't release the license. Stop and restart the ADS service (everybody must be out of Prevail first) and it will clear the licenses. |
