You will need to check the chat settings in 2 locations. Within Prevail, go to Options/Settings and then click on Network. Make sure TCP/IP is checked. If it is not, check it and then Save and exit Prevail for the change to take place. Go to Start/All Programs/Prevail/Prevail Settings and make sure TCP/IP is checked. If it is not, check and the Save and exit Prevail for the change to take place. |
