| Please make sure your word processor is set correctly from within Prevail. To do this under the FILE menu select User Settings. At the bottom of the new window, select the Preferences tab and ensure the proper word Processor is selected. Make sure you SAVE and restart Prevail. Having trouble with your case management system?
