In order to resolve please browse to the Prevail_server folder and launch the Client_Setup(Client_Setup.exe) and click "install client" After installing, please from the Browse for Folder Dialog box select the C:Prevail_Client Folder and select ok. If this does not work close the browse for folder dialog box and manually browse to the c:prevail_Client folder and launch the control_panel(control_panel.exe) Log into the control panel using username "SAMPLE" with no password. After the control panel finishes. Close the control Panel and click the Prevail Shortcut from thedesktop. |
