Browse for Client Dialog Box, Usually found a C:prevail or C:prevail_client

At this point in the installer, the server setup is trying to launch the prevail client and cannot find the specific File.

In order to resolve please browse to the Prevail_server folder and launch the Client_Setup(Client_Setup.exe) and click "install client"

After installing, please from the Browse for Folder Dialog box select the C:Prevail_Client Folder and select ok.

If this does not work close the browse for folder dialog box and manually browse to the c:prevail_Client folder and launch the control_panel(control_panel.exe)

 

Log into the control panel using username "SAMPLE" with no password. After the control panel finishes. Close the control Panel and click the Prevail Shortcut from thedesktop.
