Open Word 2007 Click the Office Button (that'll be the new big fat button to the top left of the Word 2007 Window) Click Word options Click Customize Where it says : 'choose command from' change this to 'all commands' Scroll down to Mail Merge Helper and Add The Mail Merge Helper to the Quick Access Toolbar.
Finally, the Mail Merge Helper will be on the quick access toolbar which is typically located at the top left of the Word window near the Office button. |
