1. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareClassesWordperfect.Perfectscript and copy the CLSID (which will look similar to {F879BEF5-67C8-11D2-88EE-0ADF89000000} )
2. Delete ALL wordperfect keys from
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareClassesWordperfect* HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareClassesWordperfect.Perfectscript HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareClassesWordperfect
3. Delete the CLSID (as noted in step 3) from
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareClassesCLSID.... sometimes there are more - look for references within that CLSID which point to other CLSIDs and delete those registry keys as well.
4. Close down the Windows registry
5. Reopen Wordperfect and it will reset up the registry correctly again |
