The Prevail Controlpanel (version 4,5 or 6) cannot retrieve updates from the update server.

Prevail uses passive FTP to retrieve updates from the FTP server.  

Allow ports 20 & 21 on your Windows firewall. 

Ensure that you have internet connectivity. 

Ensure that the MTU on your network is 1500.
