i cant start prevail: "The program failed to initialize."

The program wont launch.

Users utilizing Prevail will need:

1. Full Control to the c:Prevail or C:Prevail_Client Folder

2. Modify access to the Network Share.

3. Under C:windows | ads.ini | prevail.ini full control

 Note* In later versions of Prevail the *.ini files have been replaced with keys in the registry.
