  • Databank allows you to add, edit, and remove any type of selectable data such as medical providers and types, insurance companies, ALJ's, case types, cost codes, document types, etc

  • Ability to cancel appointments, or make them reoccurring

       Document Features

  • Merges documents directly in WordPerfect Suite 12  or Microsoft Word 2002 (XP) and 2003.

  • Automatically saves and tracks documents for instant retrieval

  • Tracks documents received and required follow-up

  • Adds time and task entries for documents that require a time entry or follow-up

  • Attach different types of digital files (such as scanned documents) to the client's history and Prevail will open them with their associated application

  • Merges documents across customizable queries for sending letters to more than one client
