Connect with Technical Support

Live Technical Support is available only to those Prevail users with a current technical support contract in place, and should only be used when directed to do so by a member of the Prevail Technical Support department. To begin your Live Support session, save the Team Viewer installation file to your desktop and Run the file to install Team Viewer. Please be sure to download the correct version for your operating system. Then have your Team Viewer numeric key ready for the technician to connect to your workstation.

Prevail 8 does everything all previous versions of Prevail do, and then some, but it doesn't necessarily do those things in the same way.

Prevail uses Dashboards to graphically summarize data. A user can create any number of them, each analyzing a different portion of the data. Do you use another CMS and need to convert your data to be used with Prevail? We offer robust data conversions. Conversions can be complex, and may take some time, so please coordinate with our staff for timing. In a large concurrent terminal server environment we would recommend multiple terminal servers and a consideration towards load balancing. Please consult your IT professional to ensure that your existing or planned terminal server has adequate CPU, disk and memory resources. As a guideline we would recommend keeping concurrent users to less than 20 users per terminal server.

Running Prevail in the Cloud

Prevail is a client-server application. It may be run on a local server or hosted on a Cloud server (a server on the Internet). If you choose to host the application in the Cloud, then you will remote in to use Prevail and any other Cloud-based applications. This has the advantage of being able to access Prevail using mobile devices and remote computers, including Apple MacIntosh computers.

You can use any Cloud host-provider that you like. We do have a few hosting partners, who have experience with setting up Prevail as well as any other Cloud application, such as Microsoft Office.
